Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
CyberC2 provides fully managed security camera systems for commercial properties on a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription — no capital expense. Pricing depends on the number of cameras, coverage areas, and IT services included. No. While custom installations can certainly leverage your existing on-premise network, CyberC2 can, and most of often does, extend network connecticity to our security cameras in a variety of ways. In fact our cameras don't even use WiFi because the are powered from the data cable we run. If you don't have an internet connection, we'll bring one with us.
If you have a location you want cameras, we can make it happen even if you don't have cable infrastructure or in some cases power.
NO! As of late, criminals are using WiFi jammers to block video recording to the cloud. Most consumer-grade camera systems connect over WiFi and stream the video to the cloud where it is stored for your viewing. Disrupt the WiFi and poof! No video evidence.
CyberC2 Surveillance systems are not suceptible to jamming because we use a hard wired connection directly to the network video recorder on site.
Yes! Many of our systems employ nighttime LPR capabilities with LiDAR to capture license plates at night on vehicles up to 55 MPH.
Yes! We install extremely secure, enterprise-grade networks with Firewall and Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS) for many of our customers. They love it because its completely integrated with the camera and environmental sensing as well.
We don't just install networks, cameras and sensors and leave you or your IT team to maintain it. All CyberC2 subscriptions come with full IT help desk services, remote system maintenance, updates, upgrades, security configurations, and replacement should something fail at no fault of yours.
This means if something breaks and needs replacement, you don't pay anything extra to repair it. No more budget surprises.
If the cameras, network, internet or any other CyberC2 service is down, you just have one team to call. We handle everything to include working with the ISP to bring services back online.
The reliability, affordability and security this approach provides is FAR superior to the old-school approach of paying a company for equipment, installation and then maybe in a couple years when something breaks they charge you a huge bill to come fix it and replace old equipment.
At CyberC2, you pay one subscription fee and we take care of the rest.
You bet! In fact, we engineered our own ruggedized deployable surveillance and IT system we call the Control Tower. The Control Tower provides our customers the exact same amazing experience they enjoy on permanent installations, but at remote locations, sometimes without power.
We even engineered and built a whole new solar generator just to power the Control Tower. So we've got you covered across the whole lifecycle of your property.
Necessary? Maybe not. You can certainly operate without them. The question isn't are they necessary but what return on investment do they yield.
Ask yourself, how much loss in property damage have you paid out this year? What is that doing to your insurance premiums? How much time is wasted sending mainteance teams to check on something they couldn't see?
What would you do if someone was hurt or worse on the property? Can you help police investigate a deadly crime or will the offender go unpunished?
Do you have a fraud or theft problem? Are your employees working the hours they say they are?
Maybe they aren't necessary but you're probably leaving money on the table and accepting more risk than you could by not having them.
